CDC Updates Dole Outbreak

On January 28, the CDC issued an update to the Listeria monocytogenes outbreak associated with prepackaged Dole salads. There are now 15 people sickened across 8 states. Ground beef that was recently recalled by Snapp’s Ferry Packing has been linked to an outbreak of E. coli that has sickened 13 people in Knox County, Tennessee.
