On November 1, 2015, All American Meats, Inc. issued a recall for about 167,427 pounds of ground beef products after concerns arose that it may be contaminated with E. coli. Seven people are sick with E. coli after eating at Worthy Burger in South Royalton, Vermont. Five of the cases have been confirmed.
